Story: A deadly virus has attacked humanity with vicious intent! At the forefront of the battle is the enigmatic Akamatsu Industries. Disguised as a heavy machine factory in Tokyo, this clandestine organization uses neural enhanced weapons known as Awakeners to battle the virus. Introduction
This site was created to help promote the viewing of Betterman! I mean, not many people know who or what this series is even about. And before June 4, 2002, even few people knew it exsisted! Betterman is an anime that whips together horror and mecha dragons to make one of Sunrise's coolest productions (in my opinion at least ^_^;).
And what about the man they call Betterman? Who is he? Is he a friend or foe? From the information I've gathered, this is what is to be said of him:
"Betterman is a mysterious man who resembles Hinoki a great deal. He seems to follow her around and only surface when she's in trouble greater than she can handle herself. Betterman is usually accompanied by a bird-like creature that seems to act as a guide and scout for him."
